WoW Upgrades - The item upgrading Upgrader

Upgrades can give you an increase in certain statistics. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. Each upgrade also increases a random substat.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item upgrader mod has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like Eth Titan weapons). The latter are less valuable from upgrading due to the requirement to roll for a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The Item level upgrade upgrader enables players to upgrade their gear to a higher level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. The item upgrader mod used to upgrade the item is discarded and cannot be used again. Upgrades can also be applied to enchantments.
